Return request window

A return request may be made within 30 days after delivery. Email support@surrealuna.com with your order number and the reason for the request before sending anything back.

Condition and review

Items should be returned in the condition received, with original packaging where applicable. Support will confirm the return instructions and address for the specific order. Do not send a return to an address found elsewhere.
